Litigations: We privilege the prevention of disputes, but, when a dispute is inevitable, we assist our clients in defending their rights regarding industrial property. We represent and defend our clients through opposition proceedings, legal and counterfeiting procedures, and we assist the bailiff in charge of the seizure operations and thereafter with the lawyer responsible for the plea.
We also defend the titles of our clients during the seizure and holding of the counterfeit products by the customs office.
