Contracts: The titles of industrial property are immaterial properties that can be part of contracts such as transfer contracts or license concessions. They can also be the object of a specific clause within a larger contract, for example contracts of distribution or franchises.

A contract is an agreement between two or several parties expressing their will and intention to produce certain legal consequences.

We assist our clients through the negotiation and writing of national or international contracts relative to the title of the industrial property (assignment, licence, coexisting agreements, know-how, etc). We also carry out the formalities of inscription of these contracts with the French and international offices of industrial property for their third party opposability.
